Microbiology & Cell Biology (MCB)

Get Involved in Undergraduate Research

Students interested in undergraduate research in a Microbiology & Cell Biology (MCB) lab should contact the Principal Investigator (PI) of a lab that aligns with their interests, ideally identifying two to three options. After confirming a placement with a PI, students must submit a Word document that includes a research abstract, a grading rubric, and the number of credits (1 credit = 3 lab hours/week).

Once approved, a DocuSign form will be initiated for signatures, and the Registrar’s Office will complete the registration.
